Firstly, if you live near any of our shops, we would strongly recommend that you come in and be properly fitted by our  trained staff to ensure the proper fit and style to suit your shape.

However, if this is not possible, and are still unsure of your size, these are our measurement tips:

a)  Measure below the bust (around your rib cage) and pull really tight. This is your underbust measurement.

b) Measure over the bust (with your normal bra on) and measure loosely over the fullest part. This is your overbust measurement.

Apply your measurements to the table below and you should be roughly about right. No measurement guide is ever as accurate as a proper fitting in one of our stores, however, due to the differing fittings of each make of bra, different fabrics used, different styles of bras and of course because all of us are individual, and some people like to wear their bra really tight ie for extra support for a heavy bust, and others like their bra loose ie heart and health reasons etc.
